Description
A resin 3D print, with a M3 stud on the back for mounting to the model. This coupling was drawn from measurements taken from one of the couplings fitted to the Ffestiniog Railway’s Carriage 8, the sole surviving Mk3 Quarryman’s carriage and modified to look like the ones fitted to the Mk1b Quarryman Carriages. This coupling is for 7/8″ Scale models.

Our 3D printed couplings or detailing accessories are all 3D printed in-house on one of our resin printers. They are usually printed in grey resin, although we do occasionally use black or white.
We clean all of the parts in IPA to ensure that all uncured resin is removed. The parts may require a quick once-over with a high-grade sandpaper to remove any remaining marks of the supports used in printing.
